Lamar Keene is a results oriented commercial real estate agent and business broker. He specializes in the greater Atlanta area with a strong focus on multifamily investment properties and automotive related businesses due to his extensive background and experience level in the automotive industry. His first job was as a sales engineer for Mobil Oil specializing in the sale and application of specific industrial lubricants through engineering related applications. He then moved into sales and sales management with Davis Meter & Supply in the underground utilities industry covering the entire state of Georgia, some of Florida and Tennessee. In 1983 he purchased his own company, a specialty European Auto Parts supply business and grew it in size to over $2 million annual sales, 5-8 employees, and 5 e-commerce sales websites. He sold this business in 2010, retired, got bored, got a real estate license and has through steady contact with my past network of customers, grown into the present position. Lamar's goal now is to become a very successful business broker and commercial real estate agent specializing in off-market commercial real estate properties focusing on multifamily and SFR aggregated properties and mainstream automotive related businesses.
